Workmanship Warranty

• Equipment overhauled by Team Aerospace, Inc. is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship for one (1) year from the date of shipment.
• Equipment repaired by Team Aerospace, Inc. is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship for six (6) months from the date of shipment.

Scope of Warranty
This warranty applies only to defects in workmanship directly attributable to services performed by Team Aerospace, Inc.
For new units or parts, no separate warranty is provided by Team Aerospace, Inc.; any applicable warranty is limited to the original manufacturer’s or repairer’s warranty, which will be passed through to the Customer where applicable.
Warranty Claims Procedure

• Defects must be discovered within the applicable warranty period.
• Written notice must be provided to Team Aerospace, Inc. within three (3) business days after the defect is discovered or should reasonably have been discovered.
• The affected Equipment must be returned to the Team Aerospace, Inc. facility within thirty (30) days after notification, with shipping prepaid by the Customer.
• Previously attached or related parts must be made available upon request to assist in determining the cause of the defect.

If a warranty claim is confirmed, Team Aerospace, Inc. will repair the defect and may reimburse reasonable freight charges incurred by the Customer for warranty-covered repairs.
Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty does not cover, and Team Aerospace, Inc. shall not be liable for:

• Damage to airframes or other property
• Costs of substitute, rented, or leased equipment, facilities, or services
• Downtime, loss of use, loss of revenue, or loss of profits
• Collection costs or attorneys’ fees
• Third-party claims
• Consequential, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages

Warranty Conditions
This warranty is valid only if, after redelivery, the Equipment:

• Is transported, stored, installed, operated, maintained, and repaired in accordance with applicable Airworthiness Directives and OEM instructions
• Has not been altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than Team Aerospace, Inc.
• Has not been subjected to accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or foreign object damage

This warranty is non-transferable without prior written consent from Team Aerospace, Inc.
